1. First you need to download the Instagram app from your App Store if you’re using iOS, Google Play Store if you’re using Android, or Windows Phone Store if you’re using a Windows Phone.
2. Once you’ve downloaded and installed the app, tap the app to open it this will take you further with creating Instagram account.
3. You can sign up with either your email address or Facebook account
4. If you wish to sign up with your email address, enter your email address and tap “Next”, and afterwards create a username and password, and fill out your profile info and tap “Done”. After that your profile is created and you’re ready to use Instagram

Please note that you’ll receive an activation e-mail, which contains the activation code to your account. That’s why it’s important to double check the information you entered, and to enter an email address that you use regularly.
Also, try to keep your Instagram account safe and don’t share your password, or other log in information, with anyone. If you do get a message from someone who’s representing himself as an Instagram employee and asks for your password – report that person. Instagram employees will never ask for your password.
